STEVE BENARDO: The advantage of our firm's focus solely on employment law is that we really know the law inside and out. Employment law is primarily discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage cases and pretty much any kind of issue that can come up in the employment setting.

BARRY APPELL: My partners and I all used to work at a defense firm. And we decided that it really wasn't very satisfying and fulfilling and we all reached the same decision that we felt we would accomplish more by leaving there and starting our own firm so we could help the little guy, as it were.

And ultimately that's what it's all about is getting the best possible results for your clients at the end of the case.
